The Puqi Phase III 2×1000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired project (Hubei Province’s key initiative) is now operational. It reduces coal consumption by 20 g/kWh and cuts CO₂ emissions by 220,000 tons yearly, significantly enhancing regional grid reliability.
